Welcome to HandsNowFit! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website HandsNowFit.trade and all related services, information products, and goods offered by HandsNowFit. By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

Services refers to guided sessions, workshops, and personalized consultations related to hand fitness. Information Products refers to digital downloads such as eBooks, video guides, and tutorials. Goods refers to physical items sold through our website, including training tools and printed materials.

2. Services

2.1 Booking and Payment

All service bookings require full payment at the time of scheduling. Payment confirms your spot.

2.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the start time by contacting us via Contact Us. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.

2.3 Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable if the service has been allocated.

2.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain specialized one-on-one consultations and premium mentorship sessions are explicitly non-refundable once scheduled, due to the dedicated time and resource commitment from our trainers. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

3. Information Products

3.1 License and Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use digital materials for your own benefit.

3.2 Refunds

Because information products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in their original digital form, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after download.

4. Goods

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

We ship goods to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are outlined during checkout.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Us. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment mechanism used at purchase. Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval. If you have not received your refund after this period, please reach out via Contact Us.

6. Amendments

HandsNowFit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
